HEC ( Higher Education Commission ) has recently announced to ban all affiliated colleges of private universities degrees. It doesn't mean they will not issue degrees but their degree will not recognize by HEC which means the degrees will be lost will their value.

HEC is a single institute that manages all the higher education ( Graduation to Doctorate ) systems. Due to some irregularities and compromises on the study system by different private universities, HEC has not allowed private universities to affiliate colleges with them.
Private universities can only run their main campus and those sub-campuses which are allowed by HEC.

Remember, HEC has banned affiliations for Private universities. This policy is not for Government Sector affiliated colleges.

Students are therefore advised not to take admitted in any campus of private universities even in the main campus because who knows that after some time HEC will also ban degrees on the main campus.
