HEC stands for Higher Education Commission and is a commission in Pakistan that is responsible for all the higher education activities going on in Pakistan. All the universities, as well as the colleges which are offering programs higher than Intermediate Level, are handled by this commission.
HEC has its branches all over the country, But for students, nothing has to do with their branches.
